Today I was just playing around with my ethereal on my home network. So I did a who is by ip for the IP address using http://tools.whois.net/whoisbyip/ . <br /><br /><a href="http://bp1.blogger.com/_YfPAYkDuIp0/R1FtFvgMNMI/AAAAAAAABLQ/UT9NbOP7uFM/s1600-R/whois_75_72_0_123.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_YfPAYkDuIp0/R1FtFvgMNMI/AAAAAAAABLQ/wy24FIEHPFU/s400/whois_75_72_0_123.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5139008595224704194" /></a><br /><br />The IP address belongs to Comcast and that this fabricated packet is being sent to the bittorrent client in an effort to affect speeds.
